Instructions:

This game is tricky because A)It’s very demanding, if you don’t have a good CPU+GPU it won’t work at all and B) The crack is not that good yet so follow this instructions carefully and good luck:

Download all the parts and extract with Winrar as usual. Run setup-multi8.exe to install the game it can take 1 hour++ depending on your CPU and HDD/SSD read/write speeds. Once installed Download the crack “MGSV_Patch_v1.005_and_Crack-Patcher_by_FitGirl.zip” (it’s included on the folder linked above). Extract the crack content into the installation directory overwrite all and run “PATCH.bat” to apply the patch. Done, (almost) now you can play the prologue! But because the crack is not that good yet the game will freeze after you finish it. To bypass this issue and play the game you can download a save fileto play the game.
To install the save file:
Download, extract and copy the 2 folders “remote” and “local” to the installation directory inside the “Player” folder:
D:\Games\Metal Gear Solid 5 – The Phantom Pain\3DMGAME\Player\
